How to become a customer

New in Sweden?

If you are from Ukraine and covered by the EU Temporary Protection Directiveplease visit any of our branch offices. Bring:
  • Your residence permit card ("Uppehållstillståndskort" in Swedish) from Migrationsverket (The Swedish Migration Agency).
  • A register extract from Skatteverket (The Swedish Tax Agency) showing coordination number ("Samordningsnummer" in Swedish) and address.
  • Your passport.

 

When you become a customer you get access to an account, a card and payment services.

Additional banking services

Once you become our customer, you will immediately have access to an account, online banking and our telephone service. After that you can download our app, connect to Swish, get a debit card, apply for loans, start saving and purchase insurance.
